生鲜行业电商企业物流发展的影响及建议

摘要:随着我国经济高速发展,物流科技已经成为人们便利生活中不可或缺的。在90年代起,伴随着互联网迎来了我国的电子商务企业的兴起,尤其近几年,电商的发展已经达到热潮。o2o作为新型的营销模式被生鲜电商行业广泛采用。文中以盒马鲜生为例,研究生鲜行业电商企业物流发展的影响,并且通过swot分析该电商企业在互联网下的物流管理发展现状,从而对行业未来的发展提出有关建议。
